Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team refund@kitchuni.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the item(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Refund Eligibility
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective product).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
Refund for Items Arriving Damaged
If any items you ordered arrive damaged, you may apply for a refund. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damaged items within 25 days of receiving your order.
Refund for Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details, you may apply for a refund. If the package eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
